This is Paul Stahlhuth`s "Easy Fly 40 trainer" test aircraft. Note the four ( 50" disk) rotor blades mounted to an unusual "Interlocking, Dual Teeterbar, Delta 3 hinged hub and Direct Control Gimbal rotor system".
The installed system, as seen here, has flown.successfully although the flights have been of short duration.
In the following sequence of photos, Paul shows in detail how he builds his system, along with a unique way of cutting / shaping his rotor blades with a band saw.

4 blade teeter-totter rotor. All shear load joints are interlocked box joints.

Partially assembled blade mounts & gluing fixture.
Thick CA used....
Preassemble four each arm and plate sub-assemblies.
