Here is a sequence of photos showing each major step in the building of the "MINNIE-2"  autogyro.    To fully understand what is depicted here you may need to refer to the model description.

Begin the construction by gluing 1/4" triangular pieces to the inner platforms.    Use the CF fuselage tube as a guide for placement of these triangular pieces.    Then glue (epoxy) the firewall to the bottom inner platform.   Be sure it is aligned at 90 degrees ,   since there is no side thrust for the engine.   After the glue is cured,   glue one side panel to the platform & firewall.
This shows the lower panel,  the right side, and the firewall together.
With the side panel flat on the table,  glue (epoxy) the top inner platform in place using the fuselage tube as a guide to insure alignment of both platforms.   CAUTION:   do not glue the tube to the other parts... once the panels are set,   remove the tube before any glue has time to cure!
Glue & clamp the second side in place.   Carefully check alignment!    You may add the landing gear blocks now.
Closer view of the gear blocks in place.
Glue (CA) the triangular pieces to the pylon side.   Again use the CF fuselage tube to guide the alignment.
Trial fit the tube to insure it is snug yet will easily slip in / out of the fuselage body.
Clamp the pylon sides together with rubber-bands,   and then slip the pylon on to the Carbon Fiber fuselage tube.....
Now,  slide the pylon into the fuselage slots.     Check that the pylon is aligned vertically to the fuse body.
