Jim Baxter`s modified Kombat Kopter.... Rotor Hub Assembly ... This is the "Delta" hub designed and built by Emery Wayman... Noter that the blades, while radiating directly from the hub center, are hinged at a twenty (20) degree angle.  These blades actually assume a negative incidence when they rise a little, and aid in a more rapid spin-up.   Emery say`s they will also perform well in near calm wind conditions...
