Matilda

A .25 size autogyro using direct servo control to the rotor for flight control. 3 blades with a flapping action of about 10 degrees. Rotor span is 47.5", weight is 42 ounces, with a disk load of 3.48. This model is nearly a scaled up Minnie-1 model with a redesigned fuselage and tail.  Like the Minnie, it is designed to be completely disassembled and packed in a suitcase/box for travel.

Matilda has been known to do some  unanticipated aerobatics....
